Community based resource management

In recent times we have been fortunate to be involved in promotion and facilitation of socio-economic programmes, including assisting with Local Economic Development, it is our aim to address issues that interface between communities, government and the private sector (from the bottom upwards). We have helped identify community rights and responsibilities, that can be better addressed through solid policies, community structures, frameworks, best practice, pilot and implementation programmes, this all helps encourage small and micro business.

TGC has been involved in many projects involving bringing together communities with government programmes, as well as the private sector with their various CSI and Enterprise Development Programmes, here we help protect the organisations investment, whilst guaranteeing sustainability and growth for all – real empowerment, a real return on investment.

  • Create a platform for effective conflict resolution, thereby building trust and more effective working relationships with all stakeholders.
